Getting a Korean visa was, in general, hassle free. We didn’t have to go through any travel agent, we didn’t have to get an appointment and best of all, visa is free!

The only inconvenient part was looking for parking as the embassy is right along the busy C5 highway. Better to just take grab or uber but if you absolutely need to bring a car, you can try parking at Petron and walk about 2 -3 minutes.

I lined up at the embassy at around 9am and I finished after an hour. I was told to come back after a week.

When you enter, you will be asked to sign a logbook. They don’t hand out numbers so make sure to sign up. Then you’ll be asked to go inside, line up for document checking. A number will be given to you and what window youre supposed to go. Once your number is called, just give the documents and a white slip of paper will be given to you with the date of when you need to pick up your passport.

We submitted the following: application form, 1 pc of colored passport picture, original passport, photocopy of the passport bio-page, if you have travelled to australia πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί, japan πŸ‡―πŸ‡΅ or any oecd member countries it will be a huge help to attach your visas too, certificate of employment, original bank cert, bank statement and ITR

Good luck! πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ€
