I haven’t used the oven in a while so I decided to make a quick baked chicken breast fillet. This is the first time I’m doing it, thankfully it turned out edible 🍗🍗🍗

All I did was rub oil and drizzle salt and herbs on the breast fillet, put it in the oven for 15 minutes and voila. I may have overdone the baking though as it came out a bit dry because I kept on adding 5 minutes for fear of under cooking the chicken. Anyway, it was still edible 😋

For the side dish, I sautéed French brans and enoki mushrooms in butter and drizzled some salt.

For the leftovers, I’m still deciding on whether to make a sandwich, salad or pasta 🙂
