There was a Korean store that I used to frequent when I was staying at Taft Ave. I would always buy from them their gimbap and jap chae.
The nice Korean lady from the store once offered me her freshly made kimchi and recommended to cook with tuna. So I did and has been doing so almost every week since then.
It’s pretty easy to make. All you need are two ingredients:
1 can tuna
3-5 tbsp kimchi
Remove the water from the tuna. In medium heat, put the tuna then add kimchi, mix for 30 seconds to 1 minute and voila! Hot and satisfying tuna kimchi!
